samesun montreal central exceeded my expectations! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was super clean and had all the amenities i needed, and the location couldn't have been better. i loved the bar at the entrance where i could meet other travelers. overall, a fantastic stay!

We arrived on a Friday evening and was informed that on Fridays they offered a free meal followed by a show with a local group from Montreal. We felt wellcome at this wonderful city with such a warm reception. This hotel is recommended for young people or for those who enjoy being with them. You will never feel lonely, there is always somebody to talk to. The location is excellent. Although it is next to a bus station it was not noisy at all.It is very clean and the staff very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hostel. The room was clean and cozy, with satisfactory amenities like a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. The menu for breakfast could use some improvement, maybe adding a few more options or variety to make it more appealing to guests.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it has a nice atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer. The room was very clean and comfortable and despite events going on downstairs it was quiet at night. The dvd player didnt work but it didnt matter as everything else was great. I would consider returning to stay in a shared (cheaper) room now having seen the friendly people and cleanliness. It was also walking distance to tourist attractions.

Lockers in rooms for secure storage. Activities available for guests. Continental breakfast included. Affordable parking nearby. Helpful and friendly staff.

The location was excellent. The jacuzzzi was relaxing however the shower part wasn't all that great and the bathroom was small.

This hostel is in a great location, close to a bus station, a coin laundry, and right by a central metro station. It's also conveniently located near the last stop of the 747 bus. the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with personal light and plugs in every bed. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and assistance. the breakfast, although simple, was included and there was a nice cafe area to enjoy it in. a fantastic stay!

The heater/AC in the room was quite old and loud, which made it difficult to sleep.

Central location next to the bus station and fair price for a night's city stay and for younger people that look for something like a good hostel. Lively and welcoming though. Staff was nice.

It is basically a Hostel not a hotel, something that is not so obvious when you book. The noise from the bus station and from people that stay in is high and the rooms are not made for comfort (even the "Superior" room we booked). So don't expect nothing more than a nice little Hostel.

Value for money was excellent, with a clean room and friendly staff. The location was perfect, with a central metro station nearby and easy access to the Old Port, the Village, Mount Royal, and other attractions. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including croissants, muffins, fruit, eggs. The common space functioned as a bar in the afternoon and evening, allowing guests to enjoy a drink without leaving the hostel.
